INTRODUCTION
Understanding of work can be termed to be a complex process due to which diverse
individuals have varied courses to perform their roles as per to their requirements. Basically,
individual work to have suitable support, they work by which they can offer themselves and their
effective ones with fundamental sources that are required in their life-courses. Individual
prioritize them that are based on their needs. If such fundamental requirements get fulfilled
individual will start performing towards getting success in their life. Such factors encourage the
individuals to work towards their life targets and aims (Belanche, and et.al., 2021). The
following report covers the basic factors that holds individuals encouraged towards their work by
managing courses that's why people work for keeping satisfy their needs. It will analysed that the
framework of motivation with several sort and will create analysis of the factor that encourage
the workers. It also discusses the experience of workers in positive and as well as negative term
at the time of working in the business and it will offers suitable advice to their negative
experiences.

What does Motivation Mean?
Motivation is termed as the procedure that include activities that will have an impact on
their managers and as well as individuals by which they perform actions or move forward into
managing their efforts for presenting something. In basic terms, it control personal behaviour
that are target orientated. In relation to the respective business, the owner get encouraged
towards performance that can make sure their success and profitability by presenting their task
that can support their management to develop (Hendriarto, 2021). Motivation will support in
enhancing productivity and potentiality of their workers. As there are generally two sort of
motivation that are discussed below - Intrinsic Motivation - This condition is generally a sort of behaviour or actions that
frame in such drivers within a person. Hence, the individuals get encouraged for
performing for their personal benefit and are motivated by intrinsic individual. Hence,
this internal motivation form individual work by which personal requirements can be met
in terms of self contentment, self feeling, earning goodwill and so on.

Extrinsic Motivation - This sort of motivation include presence of extrinsic factors that
offers encouragement to the person to perform some work. Such factors can be monetary
rewards and as well as bonus.
Likewise, there are also diverse psychological requirements that an individual needs in
their life courses and that they satisfy as per to their significance in individual's lives. Such
requirements have been learned with suitable information by a well-defined investigator in which
American psychologist Abraham Maslow, had identified this theory in the year of 1943 (Jung,
and Fraunholz, 2021). Maslow have demonstrated five sort of requirements in the pyramid
structure as per to their significance that they hold in a person's life. Such requirement are
discussed below - Psychological needs – It involves the fundamental requirements that are needed by an
individual to live their life and those are food, shelter and as well as clothes. Without the
satisfaction of such requirements of these needs that are hard for humans to sustain. A
worker can satisfy such requirements by getting salary or incentives from the
management. Safety needs - It will include all such factors that make workers feel secure and safe at
the time of being at any business such as security of wellness and well being. It is
correspond to the security plan of action of the business and safety process that are link
to the possession that any worker capture with them. Love and belonging needs – Humans desires this sort of requirements the is almost
high. Hence, such requirements involves presenting love and fellowship or developing
relationship with family and friends regarding their workers in which they can feel
loved and respect when they valued to be motivated and appreciated in the business. Esteem needs – Such requirements link to meeting the self-attitude that is why it
involve gaining esteem and perspective in the social group between their workers
(Morales, and et.al., 2021). For workers, they might satisfy their point requirements
when their advice are interpreted in framing targets or proposition strengthen them.
Self-Actualization needs – Fulfilment of it require to support to meet the self-esteem of
a person and it supports them in realisation of their existent self by satisfaction of all the
roles. In context to workers, they might be helped in their line of work growth
programmes and should be awarded for their exceeding presentation.

maximise their performance in the business. Such factor will affect the position of
workers by also referring roles and duties in the business. Hence, promotion termed to
encouragement for the workers due to which they can maximise their skills and
authorization and also maximising their earnings.
Work Environment – An individual or workers can also encouraged when they ascertain
positive working condition. It develop criteria with them for working harder. The
working situation might be influencing and workplace should also deposit motivate
workers. As there are several factors in workplace situation that supports in identification
of encouragement. Such factors involves hygiene factor, friendly relationship among
workers and leaders as well (Sia, and Jose, 2021). It distinctly identified that a healthy
work situation is effectively important for increasing productivity of their workers. It can
also supports in maximisation of innovative section of the work by support them to
consider out of the box by presenting diverse thoughts. It also enhance the possession
sections of workers in the business.
The positive factors employees experience as a result of their job roles Growth opportunities – This section will concentrates on the manner in which workers
have several possibility to enhance their courses when they make their line of work
opportunities. It is very important that a person looking for chances to develop in their
life. With the attainment of targets and objectives prosperity it can be earned by a person
in effective run. Hence, this section will linked as a fundamental rational motive for
manpower of the management.

business will try in respect to gain high revenue burden on their workers regarding work
that they are not capable to complete that and it will directly develop negative experience.
Negative conditions can be neglected when high authorities create investigation and
measurement of the skills of workers to perform work.
Feeling of unsafe and insecure environment – All workers have expectations to feel
safe at workplace of their work. By unsecure feeling it have an impact on their motivation
by which they might not perform effectively. Secure conditions supports to neglect issues
that raise in the business.
