can be able to compete the others financially, as they want to live life stress free
(Watson, 2020). In this report will learn about the motivation and their factors that
encourage human moreover it will involve the positive and negative components
which experienced by the person during performing the job.

employees in order to improve their working and abilities so that company can get a

the needs of the venture in order to increase the profit margin of the company. This
