INTRODUCTION
There are several types of people who work for fulfill their responsibilities, for love.
Motivation is one of the main reasons for people to work in the organisation. Motivation is a
word that simply means needs, drives, wants, needs within an individual person. It represents the
process of people that stimulate their actions towards attaining the goals (Weng and et. al.,
2020). This report undertakes the several factors that encourage employees to work within the
organisation for attaining the goals and objectives within specified time period. In this it also
inculcates positive and negative factors that employees experience while working as a results of
their job role.
MAIN BODY
Motivation defines as a process of guiding, maintaining and initiating goals focused
behavior. This mainly represents psychological and mental force that mainly directs the nature of
group of people (Anderman and Anderman, 2020). There are two types of motivation factor such
as internal and external motivation. In terms of internal motivation people are motivates towards
work internally as it is a type of psychological concepts. Further external motivation is a factor
that motivates employees from outside the individual in several manners such as money, praise,
rewards and recognitions etc.

Motivating employees towards work is highly crucial and does not difficult or costly the
earth as it helps in developing balance in various factors. There are several factors that are
