In recent time, individual person prefer to work within those organizations
whether it is small or large, where they feel highly motivated, encouraged and
positive. It is so important for the employers to make workers experience like that.
The current study will be based on case of John, who is 21 years old boy. After
winning £10 million on lottery, he decided to buy and run local IOM electronics
Ltd. The report will justify different types of factors which motivate employees to
work and also define positive & negative factors candidates experience as an
outcome of their job roles.

Employee motivation play vital role in success and rapid growth of a
company, which operate in any sector (Budnick, Rogers and Barber, 2020). John
who effort to run his own organization, which he newly buys after won 10 million
from lottery, as he expects to motivate employees and just because of this reason
here certain factors as key elements discuss below that help him to do so
appropriately and these are;
