functions properly. Employee motivation is an integral part of human resource management and
plays important role in long term of growth. It can be used in directing employees behaviour and
actions to attain the business goals. To understand about human resource management Sainsbury
has been selected that is the largest chain of supermarkets in the United Kingdom. This
organization was founded in1869 by John James Sainsbury with a shop in Dury Lane London.
The company is the second largest retailer of groceries for the purpose of running their business
