the person who has needed of training and development. It is examined that there are certain
factors that might be considered by the firm to improve the employee productivity like
personnel decision regarding job rotation, personal decision, and job augmentation (Fiaz, Su,

Further, it is illustrated that motivation is vital for directing each individual towards their
