It is important for each and every person to work. There are number of factors that influence
the employees to work. It is that employees are one of the most vital parts of an organisation
(Ellison, 2017). It is important to motivate the employee during work as the productivity of the
organisation depends on the employees. In the present report there is discussion related to factors
that motivate the employees. Along with that there is discussion related to negative and positive
factors due to their job roles.

the employees to achieve the pre determined objective as it helps to achieve the goals and
objectives. It is stimulation that helps employees to work in an effective and efficient manner.

hand. It is seen that the employees work in an effective manner when the get recognition. It is
vital to understand that the employees should be given reward for the hard work. In relation to
employees if they know that they will be recognised for their performance then it becomes easy
to work (Ulrich-Schad and Duncan, 2018). There are employees that are able to work effectively
and efficiently if they are given reward and recognition. Employees are rewarded and recognised
in order to encourage and motivate them to go above and beyond in their jobs and to foster
positive behaviours.
Development: It is another factor that encourages the employees to work. It is seen that
when they get growth opportunity and development area then they are able to work effectively. It
is important to note that when the employees know that there are chances of promotion then they
are focused and work in an effective manner. It becomes vital for the management of the
organisation to always open doors of opportunity to the employees. When managers show real
interest in their development, it shows the employee that the organisation believes in them and
wants them to advance within the organisation. Employee development motivates them to work
harder so that they do not disappoint the firm that has invested in them.
