INTRODUCTION
Employee management can be defined as the managing of staff for workforce in an
organization so that they can be well satisfied with the work and enjoy their job profile because
this helps the organization in achieving that targets for the company (Zhang and Capra, 2019).
The following discussion is based on the various factors which motivate employees to work, the
positive and negative factors employees experience as a result of their job role and factors
impacting an organization with proper findings and conclusion.

It is one of the financial factor which motivates employee to work that is salaries which
means that Regular pay to the Employees every month motivates the employees to perform their
job in an effective manner for the next month as well and so on.
Bonuses
It is an another financial factor which motivates employee to work that is bonuses which
means that Incentives are necessary for the employees for their hard work and honesty in an
organisation so that they can be motivated to perform their hard work on a regular basis.
Profit sharing
It is also the one of the financial factor which motivates employee to work that is profit
sharing which means that Some employees who have the good designation in an organization
can expect the profit sharing from the company because of their smart and intelligent work in an
organization.
Paid leaves
It is also an another financial factor which motivates employee to work that is paid leaves
which means that Employees must get the paid leaves at least two or three in a month so that
they can go out with the family or because of any emergency and this motivates employees
(Klopotan, Mjeda and Kurečić, 2018).

Recognition
It is one of the non-financial factor which motivates employee to work that is recognition
which means that Rewarding employees in terms of recognition is a good motivation factor for
the employees to satisfy them in an organization.

participation which means that It is important to encourage the employees to participate in the
