INTRODUCTION
The motivation is an basic process of influencing which develops and guide a goal in
oriented behaviour with the individual. With the assistance of this the productivity of the workers
is being increased and this will help the enterprise in achieving the prescribed goals in an
effective manner. When anyone carry out any act in the workplace the various type of existing
skill is being changed. This have many approach which relates to the motivation and this is the
main reason for the work of people(Schunk, and DiBenedetto, 2020). The motivation is known
as one of the crucial aspect which is related in influencing the worker for carrying out tasks. The
report will discuss the motivation theories and various factors which will improves the
productivity of the workers. This also includes the positive and negative factors which is related
to the role of job of workers. This report will also analyse the strategies which will cope up with
negative factors.

Motivation is being defined as process, in this the manager of the enterprise takes
necessary steps for influencing the workers to achieve the set goals and objective of the
enterprise. In order to influence the behaviour of the worker within the workplace biology,
emotional and social aspect is being involved. The motivation theory is discussed below-
Maslow hierarchical of need theory:- It is related to five other categories which will
dictate individuals behaviour. This model needs for individual which is shown as the shape of
pyramid, in which the lowest part have to be satisfied first and then they have to attend higher
part(Wardani, and, et, al ., 2020). The theory will assist the employer motivates the worker for
better working and this will assist them in making their decision.
Physiological needs :- The elements for basic wants of a worker this is involved to comprise the
food, air, water, shelter, clothing and etc. If the wants is not satisfied then the workers can
not live quality life. The human needs have to be satisfied for move on the next level.
Safety needs :- After satisfaction of physiological need of a worker wants to control the life of a
human which is to be meet by the family and other members(Partovi, and Razavi, 2019). In
this the protection of element for violence, safety, security, health, emotional stability, well
being, security of finance and etc. is to be satisfied.

for workers. In this the element of human interaction is to be involved. The various aspects
is to be comprise in this are friendship, trust, love of the member of family and friends, the
biological family bond and chosen family. The needs is being satisfied to motivate the
person which move towards next level.
Self-esteem need :- This is been divide in two categories. The first one is self esteem and other
one is dignity(Hiver, Kim, and Kim, 2018). Self respect relates to value of a person and
self esteem relates to potential of the individual for development of person and growth. The
respect, status, prestige, conflict etc. have the element.
Self-actualization needs :- fulfilment of the potential of the person is to be effectively describes
the element. On the pyramid of maslow, the need is to occupy the highest post. The
capabilities of element, skill development, potential, education, etc. will be realized and
assist them to analyse better accomplishment so the individual will be a better person.

individual is being motivated through using the appropriate method for helping in

being affected. This comprised of reward receiving, avoiding the punishment, money,
fame, etc.
