management are highly encouraged by several extinct motivational elements and various rewards
which are monetary and non monetary as they both are given to facilitate workers in order to
achieve and enhance the productivity and performance level effectively as well as efficiently

Basic requirements: These are known to be one of the fundamental and basic requirements that
