an organisation, so it has been very important for them to motivate the employees. Therefore,
motivate the employee become one of the essential sector which are helpful for gaining
employee’s earnings ratio and become more successful nature to make viable society for the
growth of the organisation. With the help of reward system and provide voluntary and non-
voluntary benefits to the employee’s an organisation can grow and make some effective
changes which are helpful and effective for the growth of the company. This proposal include
the major responsibilities of the employee and their motivational changes which make a
strategic approach for the growth and earning of the organisation. This research proposal are
helpful for finding some major question and analysis the outcome from the appropriate
research technologies and methods. With the help of research topic, the major organisation
can work and implement the related changes for the growth of motivation and helpful for
understanding the role of motivation within different industries.
Introduction
The efficiency of the workplace are basically related to countries workplace drivers
and make an economic development as per the changing workplace diversity are basically
related to different educational system and growth. Motivation is the major source which are
used to make productive growth within an organisation. This is the most challenging and on-
growing demand within the company. Further, the growing number of the companies are
related to their work culture and make some time retaining employees (Astrini, 2021). The
changing turnover within employs is basically related to their own progress, aggressive
labour market, less opportunities and no improvement. With the help of effective role and
importance of the management the major changes and their growth are related to their
progress report and increase productivity for the company as well. The chosen company for
this project is royal bank of Scotland, as it is related to major retail and banking sector and
their employees are working with day to day customer experience. Further, its headquartered
is in Edinburgh, United Kingdom since its foundation in 1727. This report is helpful for
getting effective changes and adopt strategies which are helpful for the Bank to motivate their
employees and make some major growth within their major performance and growth. This

contact with customer and they are needed higher level of motivation to work with
