Introduction
Understanding why people work is considered with the different types of job roles and
responsibilities of workers within company. In aspect of motivation it is defined as a group of
actions which is applied by senior level management of a organization. Due to the effective
use of motivational activities confidence level of the employees are easily increased at
maximum level in job roles and responsibilities. Due to high motivation workers are able to
do their job with full interest and passion which leads to increase the productivity of
organization at higher rate. This report will cover the explanation of motivation, several
factors which motivate employees to work (Abidi, Suryanto and Surjaningrum, 2022). It also
cover negative and positive factors of workers as a result of their job role. Strategies to cope
with negative factors employees experience as a result of their job role. The main motive of
using motivational theories by top level management is to provide quality service and
products to users in maximum level.

Motivation is defined as those activities which is considered by organization for
keeping good relations with middle and lower level employees in long term. Basically
motivation is divided into two parts first one is extrinsic motivation and other one is intrinsic
motivation. Extrinsic motivation is defined as those type of activities which is used by senior
management for accomplishing their roles and duties in time. But in intrinsic set of activities
are used by higher authority for increasing the productivity level of employees.
