An individual carry a number of qualities at their work, based on personalities and skills.
When an organisation start and recruit the employees, then the employee's stable characteristics
affect the behaviour and performance in an effective way. Moreover, most of the companies
recruit people with the expectation to complete work and make expectation for certain skills,
abilities and based on the major personalities. There are different reason that is helpful for
understanding about why people work in an organisation. Money, Having independence and
work with community are the three main reason for work in an organisation (Agrifoglio, Metallo
and Di Nauta, 2021). As after Covid-19, many of the people understand the value of money,
work style and having independence in their own life. This report consists the different factors
that motivate the employee for work. Another section will discuss the positive and negative
factors that an employee may experience while working on their different job roles.

The various factors which motivate employees to work
There are different factors of motivation, that play an important role within every
business or organisation. It would be helpful for using organisational functions in an effective
and efficient ways. People who are looking for the new job are looking forward for the
companies that may provide them work satisfaction (Factors That Impact Employee Motivation,
2021). As it will be helpful for them to gain their future opportunities. Some of the factors are
explained below:
Feeling a sense of working in right organisation: As per the research, this is related to
explain the employee who are looking forward for more meaningful organisation and that
have some purpose in their professional life styles. After facing the impact of pandemic
people seeing their heroic efforts from their mental and physical impacts. As it will be
helpful for the employees to feel motivated and productive within the organisation. While
having the organisational development and different learning opportunities within the

2021). This factor may become the cause of job dissatisfaction and decline the personal
development of an employee. So, it is important to the employer and employees to build
a strong working environment within the organisation.

Receiving regular payment to the employees is considered for the basic growth and need
to be work in an effective manner by the employer. Salary is the factor that actually
satisfied an employee for the short term period. For the longer satisfaction salary isn't the
factor but the increased performance and a promise for getting rise in frequently.
Non-Monetary incentives: There are different non-financial rewards that satisfied the
employee's ego and need as per the demand of market. Some of the other non-monetary
incentives are related to acknowledge the extraordinary performance, recognize the
performance and achievements. Further, it will help the employees to increase their
morale and create a positive work environment and motivate for working with high
efficiency (Putra and Ruslan, 2021). As per the research, most of the organisations,
attract the non-monetary rewards for the growth of organisational objectives and make a
low cost with the growth within the company. With the use of non-financial incentives
make executed with immediately to make financial rewards to make effect on the
productivity of the company.
Company's culture: This is the main reason for staying or leaving the organisation.
Employees are very conscious about their company's culture and achieve organisation
goals within the company. As this is the main function and motivational factor for the
employees to make effective company's culture to become more happy, achieve better
result and fulfilment in the different tasks. Having any lack of belief or misunderstanding
to the employer's objectives may cause for the low job satisfaction, negative attitude and
low commitment values. So it is important for the growth of the employee's progress and
build an effective company's culture. This include the good working environment,
company's appropriate mission, values, ethics, expectation and make goals. Culture is the
set of effective riles for accepted behaviours to employees to make decision on the daily
basis.

not able to pay these benefits then the employees may feel demotivated and result in
