According to Mora, Deakin and Angelidou (2019) discrimination is consider the major issue

the Victim those are facing discrimination at workplace on the basis of age, gender, religion,
disability, National origin. In another word, it can be said that discrimination is treating,

cause of discrimination such as disability and so on. These are directly affecting on the overall
performance of employee. Furthermore, it will be adversely effect on the employment
application whereas organization must provide its essential to position but discrimination reduce
level of performance and efficiency.
As per Stoermer, Hitotsuyanagi-Hansel and Froese (2019) other cause of workplace
discrimination are considered as abusive relationship between employee and employers. In most
of time, organization will not support their staff member. They cannot provide the leave
