organisation get motivation through various techniques which are applied by the organisation
such as Financial benefits. For providing motivation to the employees the companies will
provide financial benefits to the employees. They will provide incentives, fringe benefits to
motivate the employees towards the organisation and for increasing the level of performance.
They will also share profits to motivate and retain in the organisation. It will also provide non
financial benefits such as recognition to the employees at the board meeting, providing them
rewards on the better performance, giving them opportunity to participate in the decision making
activities.
Contrary to this Berson and et.al., 2015 states that it is not always possible that the
employees in the organisation should get motivation from the monetary benefits provided by the
organisation. Some employees need other non monetary benefits such as recognition,
participation. So if the company will not provide these benefits to the employees they will not
get the motivation. And also in some cases after providing the monetary benefits to the
employees it is not necessary that the employees will get the motivation and will not increase the
level of performance. Then it will only increase the cost of the organisation towards the
employees.

towards the work in the organisation. Their performance on the work will get affected and their
efficiency will decrease, they will not perform the work, will not participate in decision making,
their creativity in the work will decrease.
Contrary to Žikić, 2016 states that the impact of the motivation level of employees will
not affect there performance if they are working for the monetary benefits in the organisation.
