Introduction
Motivation is one of the key aspects that play a vital role in determining the performance rate of
an employee. According to (Liamputtong, 2013) there is correlation between motivation and
performance rate of an employee. Organisations thereby have to incorporate strategic
implementations that would enhance the motivational levels, which thereby improve their work
performance. The understated research proposal thereby tries to explore the Impact of Motivation
on employee performance. The research proposal has been conducted into diverse subsections
each of which provides an illustrative view regarding research project. The conduction of this
research proposal on this concerned topic would pave the way for future research work.

1.1 Research project outline specifications
ï‚· Research specifications are mostly outlined based on the selected research topic. this
helps in formulation of diverse research elements like the research objectives, questions,
data required, research methodology. All of which are through used in the conduction of
the research proposal. However, in present context the research would be conducted
based on the impact of motivation on employee performance. The research would try to
provide to determine the way motivation plays a driving force behind the workers
performance of British telecommunication. The research would later test the hypothesis
pertaining to the low impact of motivation on employee’s performance (Patten, 2016)
Objectives of the researcher are as follows:

stages the project remains suggestive for successful confirmation a brief introduction to research
project is essential. . The major factors that contributed to research project selections are as

the personal interviews of diverse organizational managers have been considered. While for the
secondary qualitative research study journal, book magazines etc would be considered. A
systematic data collection method would be involved along with a descriptive style of the
research study. In addition to this a well defined sample size for both secondary and primary

proposed research study (Shields et al. 2015).

or rather the perspectives of the previous researcher’s matches to what extent to current research
study would demonstrate whether the research objectives determined by the researcher had been
full filled or not. in addition to this the data collected from multiple sources would critically
analyzed to identify any biases or misinterpretation of data . With this evaluation the errors could
be identified and this would protect the research results of the current study from being

recommendation the organisation need to incorporate strategic actions that regular motivates its
employees. Owing to the significant importance of individual employer performance rate it is
important that the form seriously undertake s this aspect and makes all the possible effort to
improve the motivational levels of its employees.
