Topic: Employee privacy and email, WWW, and instant messaging
Employees privacy is one of the biggest concern for an organisation. In the organisation,
there are most of the employers monitor their employees as they are motivated by concern over
the lawsuit and the increasing role which electronic suggestion play in lawsuits. There are many
employees feel that monitoring them is a violation of their privacy rights but many types of
monitory which is permitted as per law (Chory, Vela and Avtgis, 2016). One of the key
challenges is related to the continuous monitoring of employee’s activity within the organisation.
If an email system is used by the firm then employer owns it and it permitted to review its
content. Messages sent to the firm and other the firm. Employees do not like that they are
continuously watched and their mail was check by the manager of the employer. There are many
new technologies are applied which become a problem for employees in order to maintain their
privacy. The reason for selecting this topic for research is to focus on maintaining employee’s
privacy which at present is avoided by most of the organisations (Sheer and Rice, 2017). There
are many issues arise due to which employees get frustrated because of continuous monitoring.
The present report will help in developing understanding related to the employee privacy and
email, WWW, and instant messaging.
