This research project investigates the impact of conflict management strategies on employee productivity, using the Hilton Hotel as a case study. The project begins with an introduction, outlining the research overview, background, rationale, aims, objectives, and research questions. It includes a Gantt chart for project timeline visualization. Chapter 2 provides a comprehensive literature review, defining conflict management, its influence on employee performance, and the relationship between conflict management strategies and employee performance. Chapter 3 details the research methodology, including the research design, approach (inductive), and data collection methods (questionnaires). Chapter 4 presents the data analysis, including the questionnaire results and frequency distributions. The project aims to determine how conflict management strategies influence employee productivity within the Hilton Hotel, identifying the concept of conflict management, assessing its influence on employee performance, and evaluating the relationship between strategies and performance. The research employs both primary and secondary data collection methods, including questionnaires administered to stakeholders.
