Aspect of research that matched
my PICOC For the present research I have set a evidence based method for
effective evaluation. The population covered should be enough to
identify all the dimensions. Also, the strategies for the employee
motivation should be effective. The changes after the
implementation of these techniques should be measurable. Lastly,
the outcomes of the research are required to be realistic and
achievable.
It has been observed that this report has proved well on all the
four parameters. The data has been collected from both the
employees and the managers. This will help in getting in-depth
understanding of both the sides. Further, various models of
motivation are studied for this and then strategies are developed.
This reading will help in designing effective tactics of employee
motivation. Also, the outcomes drawn for the entity are achievable
and realistic in its' context.

Implications of findings on
research question
The present research covers the information from both the employees
and the managers. This will help in identifying the needs of bot of
them from each other. This investigation later helped in developing
effective strategies that will be appreciated by both the mangers and
the employees. High level authorities will be able to identify the key
requirements of employees for gaining motivation, following which
they can motivate them. Further, the demands of managers from
their workers are also analysed. This will help employees in
matching the standards.

Extent at which these findings
does not answer RQ
There are still some bridges which are not gaped by the findings obtained
by the present research. It has been observed that the present study
does not states the details of the work performance before and after
the implementation of the activities for generating employee
motivation. The effectiveness is measured just by the observation
which is a least effective method. This method is not helpful in
plotting the exact impact of employee motivation in their job
satisfaction. Further, in the present report, it has not been explained
that how much time will it take to gain employee motivation for
generation of job satisfaction in them. With the lack of this data,
Hilton Hotel will not have a clear idea for running the plan.
