Staples is a very well-known company in American market where they used to retail
office supplies to different offices and business organizations. Their main motive is to provide
every business irrespective of their size, with their required essentials so that the business can
function well and give their bet to the society and help in growing the economy. There is a
simple rule that the HR department of every organization have to manage the workforce for the
organization starting from analyzing the requirement of labor force, gathering information
regarding the skills needed for the vacancy, providing the job vacancy notice to relevant area that
more and more eligible candidates send their applications, interview them, provide them with
required training and development, evaluate their performance, providing performance
management techniques, increase their motivation and their retention, solve any type of
organizational conflicts and many other activities. It is never ending system which is mainly
followed by the HR department. Staples provide their HR department with certain authorities
which allows them to manage the good relationship between the employees and organization.

responsibility and keep adding values & put a positive impact on the society. Their vision is to
act more responsibly along with high integrity, conducting this global business like a great
employee, neighbor and a corporate citizen. This company’s motive is to treat their business
associates and talented employees with fair treatment. They always keep in mind that their
environmental conscience, giving values back to their communities and their business ethics
should always maintain the business framework and maintain the laws & regulations. Their
innovative idea and their positive outlook for the society helps them to attract customers and
maintain their market position. Their official website contains a lot of information related to their
mission and vision like setting up a groundwork for change (Acikgoz & Bergman, 2016).
Here the company suggests their clients to set up new innovative mission related to the
