Introduction
In every organization, employee relation means a communication effort or relation that the
organization tries to maintain in order to provide a condition in the company that is positive. A
company by creating a relationship that has a positive outlook towards the company helps the
employees be more loyal to the company and it provides them the option to be more efficient and
engaging towards the work they are doing. To manage the relationship of any organization, that
company appoints one human resource department. This human resource depart manages the
workforce of the employees and maintains a healthy relationship between the company and the
worker. The main role of these human resources are they act as a mediator between the manager
and employees of the company fulfills all the needs of the company and their workers and create
a positive environment in the organization. These human resource figures are also responsible for
creating such regulations and rules to the employees that provide all the basic importance of the
workers regarding their work profits benefits, their working hours. They help to create a perfect
balance for the employees in the corporate sector. This plan that is created by the human
resource department is mainly to maintain the fair deal of the company in a positive way to
motivate the workers.
In this study, the author described the employ relation of the specific company such as Amazon.
Amazon is a multinational company mainly situated in the American region. The company has
its headquarters in the Seattle of Washington. The company is world’s one of the largest
organization that deals with the technology and electronic commerce activities. The company of
Amazon deals with the web portals, web servers to cloud computers. As this company is one of
the largest ones, that deals with a huge number of employees and to maintain the relationship
with the workers is become one of the essential work to do.
