P4 Appropriate advice relating to the rights, duties and obligations of the employment.
The employees must have the rights, duties and obligations towards a company because
only then the trust with all the employees can be made so that the company and the employee can
benefit from it. First comes the contract which the companies make sure that the employees of
the company are going to be trustworthy to the company and they can be legally sued if they do
anything wrong (Federici, Boon and Den Hartog, 2019). The contract is signed by the employees
so that if the company finds out anything the employees have lied about later then they can ask
them to leave the company which is psychological contract. IKEA has a contract as well for their
employees so that the conduct of the employees in the company is appropriate and the standards
of the company can be maintained. It is very important to IKEA to maintain a healthy
environment in the company so that the working of the company can take place better. The
company must make sure that they are providing the customers with the best of facilities and the
best of environment to work in because with a negative environment the employees are not ready
to work properly. A negative relationship of the employees in the company can be very harmful

It is very important to understand the stakeholders of the company because they are doing

the management of the company can be approved by all so that the functioning of the company

Identification of the stakeholders of the company
IKEA is very much aware of the stakeholders in the company because if the company
needs to satisfy the stakeholders of the company with the products the company is dealing then it
is very important for the company to make sure that the product is being liked by the company’s

Employees relationship with Suppliers
The employees of the company must have the right relationship with the suppliers
because they are in direct connection with the suppliers of the company and it is very important
for the company’s employees to understand that if they do not keep the suppliers happy then they
will not be providing the company with the right supplies so that the quality of the products can
be maintained and that is a very important factor IKEA as a company because over years the
company has made a name for themselves in the market and it is very important for the company
to maintain that standard for themselves (Karanges and et.al., 2015). If the suppliers do not get
what they deserve to then the company might lose a lot of loyal suppliers in the company and
that will make the company have a loss in the market because they will not be able to make the
right products which the customers will need. The quality of the products of IKEA will reduce
and the company does not want that to happen therefore they are doing their best and they are
maintaining the standards of the company so that customers are happy and the suppliers will be
satisfied by serving the company. IKEA is trying their best to make the right quality of products
reach the customers time to time so that they are complaining because the customers are the king
of the market and satisfying their needs is the most important factor for the company. All the
employees and the suppliers of the company are playing their own roles very well but in the past
the company did have some complications in the company but they managed to do their best and

There are a lot of people who have invested in IKEA therefore the company has to do the
best in the market and due to the experience the company holds in the market, IKEA is not going
to make mistakes in the market (Men and Jiang, 2016). There are a lot of mistakes the company

today no one ad expected it to be there because the company was not being able to grow in the

the company are also investing in this company because there is a lot of profit the company is
making but now the company allows only limited investors in the company because the company
has its own rules and regulations now. There is a direction in the company in which they are
working and there is one objective which everyone shares for the benefit of the company and that
is important because the company has to improve themselves for the betterment of the company.
All the employees and the investors have a right in the decisions making of the company and it is

for the company as well (Al Mehrzi and Singh, 2016). Conflicts can be solved but coming to a

IKEA makes sure everyone gives their input in the decisions making of the company.
Employees relationship with Customers
The employees have to fulfill the needs and want which are the demands of the customers
as fast as possible because the employees are producing the products for the customers of the
company and if they are not satisfied then what is the need of the products. There has to be a
strong bond between the two otherwise it will not be good for the company and the company will
not be able to make profits otherwise (Popli and Rizvi, 2015). Employees are working so that
they can satisfy the customers and if the customers are not getting satisfied then the company has
to change their ways of producing the product or other decisions have to be made by the
company. The employees of the company will have to make sure that the relationship with the
customers of the company is good and there are more customers who are coming in the company

the demands of the products are high in the customers and if they are not high then the decisions

are not in favor of the company should be asked for feedbacks so that the product can be bended

From the above report we can understand that experience has made IKEA improve a lot
