Employee relation is defined as establishing a healthy professional relationship with
employee’s part of the organisation. This report is based on the case study of Marks and
Spencer Company is respect to the employee relation. Company was established in the year
1884 by the founders Michael Marks and Thomas Spencer. Company operate its business
operations in retail sector. Marks and Spencer caters its services across the globe at more than
1400 locations. Headquarter of the Marks and Spencer is located in London, United
Kingdom. Company is well known for selling high quality retail products, food products and
clothing line. Henceforth, report will emphasis on the values and importance of employee
relationship in respect to company. This report will also analyse precisely about different
