INTRODUCTION
The employee relationship is called as legal link among employers and employees in the
organisation. The standard employment relationship is known as particular situation in which
workers and employees work as a full time, enjoy benefits and employed indefinitely. The
employees having effective and strong relationship, it will ultimately provides multiple benefits
to the company like enhancing productivity. As per detail study, the employees having mutual
relationship among employees will deliver happy, loyal as well productive aspects in long
period of time. Each organisation has to follow some laws that is imposed by the government for
heath, safety and security of employee (Aloisi, 2020). The chosen report for this company is
Sainsbury founded by John James Sainsbury in 1869. This is the retail supermarket chain in parts
of UK and become as second largest supermarket. The report consist of value and importance of
employee relationship along with fundamental employment law. It includes different types of
rights, duties and obligation of employer and employee. The report highlights stakeholder

If employees having healthy and effective relationship among employees then it will
benefit entire company. Sainsbury can established long term sustainability in the competitive

the Sainsbury will deliver more productive operations. The value and importance of employee
relationship of company are as follows-
Retain loyal employees- Losing a productive employee to competitor will create
devastating situation for company. When employees have amicable relationship in
working place then they will definitely leave the organisation. Where as when employees
feel comfortable and appreciated then it will build loyalty of employees with company
profits. When company encourage positive employee relation then worker can also
