to enhancing the stability of employees at workplace. For effective understanding over the
chosen subject area, Starbucks is select to conduct the study, thus it is an American multinational
chain of coffeehouses and roastery reserves. The organization is having its operations within all
around the globe and the headquarter of the firm is in 2401 Utah Avenue South, Seattle,
Washington. The company was founded in the year of 1971 by the potential efforts of
collaboration of Jerry Baldwin. Zev Siegl and Gordon Bowker. The company mainly deals in
Coffee beverages, smoothies, tea, baked goods and sandwiches. The company is having around
346000 employees who are putting their significant strength in the growth operations of the
business. Therefore, the business is widely concern over enhancing the retention of the
employees at workplace via providing them compensation benefits, job satisfaction and effective
working environment.
Although, the project is mainly executed to provide in-depth evaluation about the aspect of
employee retention, thus it is the most important issue which is widely faces by the businesses
and needs suitable recognition to address the issue effectively (Lumley and et. al., 2011). In
addition to this, the study is also imperative to provide suitable idea about the significance of

and increasing the stability of the employees at workplace. In addition to this, job satisfaction is
also an imperative aspect which helps the businesses to attracting and retaining employees for
longer run of the operations. Therefore, the management of the businesses are focuses over
improvising the satisfaction at workplace via providing them opportunity to attain higher growth
and progression. However, effective business environment also results in increasing this
suitability of the employees at workplace and enhancing the operations at wider level. As per the
analysis of the study it has also been analyzed that, compensation system, job satisfaction and
