What are the various ways by which Lost Society Can retain their employees for a
long duration ?
As per the article given on Mitrefinch, 2018, there are various ways which are used by a an
organization in order to retain their employees for a long duration. This is so because through it
they able to enhance their productivity and profitability ratio. Effective ways of employees

gather effective and appropriate information which help them in attaining objective.
Research Approach
It is determine as a technology that are related to diverse stage of conducting a project in
effective manner such as gathering data, conduct its evaluation and then interpretation which
help in gaining proper outcome. Through this project manager able to collect proper information
and data which leads to attainment of objective.
Data Collection
Qualitative Research
This research is depends on signified method. It is not depended on numericals because
in this they gather non numerical data. Basically this research is depends on human tendency,
emotions, characteristics, symbols, definitions of concepts, what is the meaning and not on its
numbers (Zeitlin and et.al., 2014). Focusing on only social and natural since. Individuals, culture

and questionnaires. This research is more explosive. It is depends on nature of data. It is mostly
uses for potential problem.

Primary data is collected by the researcher or can say that it is first time collected data by
an agency or individual for any analysis. Primary data is collected through conducting interviews
with respondent, survey , online survey (Bučiūnienė and Kazlauskaitė, 2012). Through the
primary data researcher can found quorate data which provide a effective result. High degree of
accuracy is an advantage of this data. It is a long process which consume a lot of money. This
data can collet through that person who is capable to talk with many persons. It is very difficult
to collect primary data. It is effective for personality development.
Secondary Research
Secondary data is that data which is already available. This is collected by someone and
use by other one. It also focus on social science. It also can say that primary data is used by
someone else. Secondary data is very easy to collect and it is also not very expensive. Through
this an individual save its time (Ross, 2017). This data is not more effective than primary data
because through this they cant found a effective outcome. Along with this in respective method
more focus is needed. This kind of data is uses in government sectors for a record.
For respective research researcher will use primary method for collecting data and for it
they develop questionnaire.
Sampling and sample size
For conducting this research project manager adopt random sampling method which help
them in selecting respondents for their research. Moreover project manager also select 30
respondents from total population from which they take respondents on questionnaire.
