What do you consider the core reason for this specific problem at Sports Direct?
Due to miss management the employees are not satisfied with the services and quality of
the working which is why the employees are not having a strong trust in the company (Al
Mamun and Hasan, 2017). There are different kind of discrimination which are taking place
which is not good and the pay differences come in because of this factor.
Briefly identify which management theories you are intending to apply to the analysis in your
report
Democratic management style is going to be very effective so that the employees would
be heard and make the company have higher retention level in the company. Decisions and
planning can be done accordingly which would make the company have higher results (Kundu
and Lata, 2017). Understanding the employees and listening to their issues would be present
which is going to be a great factor for the overall working of the company (Papa and et.al.,
2018).
Consider an alternative way that this specific problem could be resolved
HR needs to make sure that they are understand the nature of retention which the
company is facing and make sure that they are being able to have higher planning and designing
according to this factor so that the company would be able to gain competitive advantage and
