On the basis of above study, there are key suggestion for Hr manager related to
talent management so that company can effectively diversify its market share in
international market by fulfilling needs of employees as well as customers beyond
their expectancy level.
It has to work on structure and organisational culture so that employees are free and
more stress free to give their best for accomplishment of end goals. Manager
through improving culture can enhancing learning skills of employees and
motivated them to adapt changes and work effectively for growth and benefit of
organisation.

It can be concluded from above research that talent management is a long process
that need to be effectively implemented by Human resources management in order to
promote growth and success of firm for longer time frame.
Google is huge organisation with number of employees so Hr manager through
continuously working on making employees satisfied and happy is able to motivate
them to put their best efforts for growth and success of organisation.
Strong brand image and competitive salary was one of the major factors that helped
in retaining talented employees as in recent trends individuals mostly like to work
with firm that appreciate their work.
