Identify the problem
The gap between employer talent shortage and candidate success is becoming one of the
major issue. In order to solve this efforts have to be made so that the employers are able to select
the right person for the right job without losing any time (Gershon, 2017).
Analyze the problem
The problem or the issue usually exists because there are some problems when the
employers are not able to reach out to the employees when there are the vacancies. The solution
in the very first or the initial step can be attained by making sure that the applicants are able to
understand the proper keyword that will enable them to search the company and the job
vacancies that are suitable as per their qualifications (Wall, 2019). There are some kinds of basic
rules that are to be maintained by the job seekers while they are actually searching the job. In
order to do this they will have to avoid using the unnecessary picture, logos, color effects or any
other such aspects. This will turn off the attention of the employers and they will not be able to
rely upon the qualifications or the talents of that job seeker and might jut reject the job
application (Haider et al. ,2015).
Develop the solution
The solution is to make the curriculum vitae or the resume in such a way that they are
able to stay true to the actual set of skills that they have. In other words they must not lie about
their qualifications or other kinds of information that they have shared over their curriculum
vitae (Gordon & Davis, 2015). The candidates must make sure that they are not making or
applying any kinds of unnecessary efforts for making their curriculum vitae appear decorated or

Implement A Solution
Stay true to the communication ability and make sure that no rude words are being
implemented on the phone calls or the emails or any other kinds of job related communication. It
must also be made sure that the job applicant is being able to talk with e employer in a very
polite and honest manner. There must not be any kinds of rudeness or falsification in any of the
statements that the job applicant is writing on the curriculum vitae and what he or she will be
speaking over phone (Buchko, Buscher & Buchko, (2017). Integrative thinking has been used in
order to understand about the different ways in which one can easily find the job and in turn this
will be helping to bridge the gap between the employers and also the employees or the job
seekers. I have been able to use the method of integrative thinking and realized that an extensive
thinking is needed in order to understand about the different issues that can arise in the entire
process of making the resume and also the purpose of job seeking.
Evaluate The Results
This will help the employer in understanding that the job seeker or job applicant is honest
and will surely allow them some ways through which they can clear the further steps of the
interview (ZAHN, 2018). Good organizational skills will help the candidate in racking the
interviews and in getting the job. For an instance punctuality is one of the most useful skills or
attributes that will be helping the job applicant to get the right job at the right time. This will also
enable the employer to be sure of the skill sets of the employee and in knowing that he or she
will be able to manage all the work related responsibilities. Retention of the good employees is

also one of the most useful aspects that must be maintained by the employers. The employers
must maintain their responsibility towards the increasing of the hiring of the employees and also
the retention of the employees. This will be done by maintaining some of the basic rules like not
hiding any messages from the employees. Staying true to the employees in every single aspect is
also essential for focusing on the retention of the employees. Employees will always like to stay
and work for those organizations where they are getting honesty and a proper pay-scale.
