This report examines talent management strategies at SJ Henderson Fulfilment Ltd., a UK-based business, focusing on talent retention and attraction. It outlines the aims and objectives of the research, including analyzing the concept of talent management, identifying challenges in retaining employees, and determining suitable talent strategies. The report includes a project management plan with cost, time, scope, communication, risk, resources, and quality considerations, along with a work breakdown structure and Gantt chart for project scheduling. Primary research, using questionnaires distributed to 20 SJ Henderson Fulfilment Ltd. employees, was conducted alongside secondary research methods. The questionnaire explores employee knowledge of talent management, the need for such strategies, key reasons for implementation, the importance of employee retention, its impact on functional areas, challenges faced, the effectiveness of current strategies, benefits of talent management, and potential improvements. The findings are analyzed using graphs and interpretations, highlighting themes such as the understanding of talent management concepts, the perceived need for talent management strategies, and the importance of employee retention for long-term growth.
