INTRODUCTION

illegal or incorrect within an establishment. The next major public concern that can effect the

ACAS : Advisory, conciliation and arbitration service is a public body appointed by
crown in Government of UK. The main aim of this body is to improve the structure of industrial
relations and provide professional consultancy to the disputes arising between the employers and
employees in an industrial feud.
Mediators : Mediators are professionals who provide solutions to a problem using
his/her legal and arbitration expertise. They work outside the realm of legal structure. They come
before the solicitors but are not a legal option for it.
