ABSTRACT
The whole research project which is to be conducted is based on critical evaluation of
employee’s awareness and participation on safety promotion or education to improve
occupational safety and health of employee case study on Vibro (H.K.) Ltd. All employees
whether full-time or part-time are the responsibility of employer to keep them safe and aware of
all issues which are prevailing within organisation. These hazards are seen majorly in
construction industry where risk of getting injured is very high. The present dissertation is based
on all workplace safety and health care issues as well as on the involvement of employees or
their participation within this program of organisation. Dissertation will be covering one of the
biggest construction companies of Hong Kong which is Vibro (H.K.) Ltd. and focusing on the
workplace and health care which is linked to employee’s involvement. Company and employer
are responsible for the engagement of employees in this occupational safety promotion or
education and accidents. It is necessary that employer is promoting health and safety issues so
that employees are working there without any fear of injury. Involvement of all employees in
workplace safety issues and problems will be helping the employer in improving employee
engagement. This will also be solved by considering whatever ideas employees are giving to
management in terms of workplace safety and health care issues.

which are taking place during working of employees in industries like that of construction,
chemical, manufacturing, etc. The study will be telling how can all occupational risks and
hazards could be lessen down and increase the employee participation as well. There is also
decreasing participation of employees in the working and safety measurements which company
is undertaking. The study is also important because the employees are not getting involved in
planning and execution of safety measurements which employers tend to take.
