Introduction
The current assignment focuses on critically analyzing the concept of employee
satisfaction in organizations. Employee Satisfaction is the degree of satisfaction an employee
gets through their job. The whole paper is divided into three parts, the first part analyses the
employee satisfaction in three steps, the first step is developing employee satisfaction
questionnaire by using Job Descriptive Index. The developed questionnaire will help the
organization to know the degree of satisfaction the employees are in the organization. The
second step is a reflection on experience of the current workplace benefits and compensation.
The third step is the evaluation of company benefits package and appropriate suggestions are
provided. The second part of the paper focuses on salary survey of a job description. The third
part is design suitable benefit package for the position.

The below questionnaire is prepared using the tool Job Descriptive Index. The Job descriptive
Index focuses on measuring the job satisfaction that is satisfaction with the coworkers, with the
job, supervisor, promotional opportunities and satisfaction with pay. The below questionnaire is
scaled using Likert five pointer scale from highly satisfied to highly dissatisfied.

As intern I learned many things in the organization. I was able to understand my job
roles and responsibilities in the organization. The job was suitable for me and I was interested in
