Sharma, Kong and Kingshott, (2016) sought to establish the fact that, work attitude is
considered to be as a feeling employee have towards particular business environment. Attitude of

the employees tends to prevail workplace environment which is mainly associated with the
morale of the employees, team building capabilities and productivity. Leder, and et.al., (2016)
argued that, negative attitude of employees at workplace adversely affect the interaction and
relationship with others at the workplace. Negative attitude of employees at workplace tends to
lower the overall morale of the employees which in turn leads to lower productivity.
Khavis and Krishnan, (2017) said that, attitude of the employees is positively linked with
the various motivation factors like personal growth, recognition, appreciation, promotion and
advancement. This encourage employees to perform higher level of work and it also tends to
provide higher psychological satisfaction to the employees of the organization. Leder, and et.al.,
(2016) evaluated that, forcing positive work behaviour, better interaction with employees,
enthusiastic employees, finding innovative ideas, helpfulness, etc. helps in creating prospective
employees which leads to higher operational goals. Highly satisfied employees helps in
influencing the work productivity which leads to better results and attainment of higher goals.
To identify factors that motivates the employees.
Alegre, Mas-Machuca and Berbegal-Mirabent, (2016) sought to establish the fact that,
motivation is considered to be as the experience of the individual which helps in stimulating
employees in the organization to accomplish set desired goals. There are several factors which in
turn helps in motivating employees to perform certain set of activities. Motivational factors are
mainly linked with job security, appreciation, good wages, recognition, loyalty, interesting work,
positive work environment, good wages, understanding attitude, career advancement, high
degree of opportunities, non- monetary incentives, responsibility, personal growth, flexibility,
teamwork, etc. Jacobs, Yu, and Chavez, (2016) argued that, there are several factors which in
turn affects the motivation of employees this mainly includes unethical work culture, over time,
unrealistic workload, lack of appreciation, lack of flexibility, no opportunities to develop, poor
leadership, conflict of interest, etc. leads to lower productivity of employees to perform work.
Sharma, Kong and Kingshott, (2016) evaluated that, demotivated employees at
workplace results in apathetic attitude, decrease in productivity, higher absenteeism, constant
stress, ineffective quality of work, high level of conflicts with employers and employees, etc. On
the contrary, Leder, and et.al., (2016) said that, highly motivated employees at the workplace

results in higher organizational results and output, higher productivity, better solution to the
problem, customer centricity, high degree of innovation, increase rate in employee retention,
high profitability, etc.
To understand the relationship between employee, job satisfaction and performance of the
entity.
Jacobs, Yu, and Chavez, (2016) sought to establish the fact that, the overall performance
of the organization is the summation of employee, job satisfaction and performance of the entity.
These factors tend to have positive correlation which leads to highly motivated and satisfied
employees. Khavis and Krishnan, (2017) said that, employees efforts is considered to be as an
effective measure which helps in determining individual performance. If employee in the
organization feels satisfied then it tends to increase the performance and productivity of the
company. Job satisfaction and productivity of the company is highly interlinked as highly
satisfied employees focuses on performing high degree of work which leads to better
productivity. Job satisfaction at work tends to improve the performance of employee at work
which in turn results in better performance and productivity of the business. On the contrary
Alegre, Mas-Machuca and Berbegal-Mirabent, (2016) argued that, low job satisfaction at
workplace tends to result in high employee turnover rate which in turn eventually affects the
performance and productivity of the business. Leder, and et.al., (2016) evaluated that,
organization who have highly satisfied and prospective employees tends to be productive and
effective than the organization who have dissatisfied employees.
RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Research methods: This methodology is useful in gaining broader insight on the research
study by pinning out necessary information which leads to higher operational growth (Bresler
and Stake, 2017). This is further distinguished as qualitative and quantitative research
methodology. Qualitative research method helps in attaining logical answers on the subject
matter without any numerical analysis. The researcher of the study will choose quantitative
research method in order to understand the impact of employees’ satisfaction on business
development.
Research approach: This is a planned procedure which is used for formal deduction of
the set assumptions (Mackey and Gass, 2015). This is further distinguished as deductive and

3

inductive approach. Inductive approach is useful to collect relevant study on the interest of study
in order to gain bird's eye view and reach specific conclusion on the subject matter.
The researcher of the study will choose inductive approach in order to study the attitudes
of the employees towards their work environment.
Research design: It is considered to be a set procedure which helps in effectively
analysing the several variables of the research and helps in identifying research problem (Bresler
and Stake, 2017). This is further distinguished as exploratory and descriptive research design.
Descriptive method helps in gaining in- depth knowledge on the subject matter.
The researcher of the study will choose for descriptive research design in order to identify
factors that motivates the employees.
Data collection: This method helps in collecting relevant and viable data to attain valid
conclusion on research subject matter (Mackey and Gass, 2015). This is further distinguished as
primary and secondary source of data collection. Primary data helps in gather new and fresh
source of information. On the contrary, secondary data is information which is already collected
by the researcher and helps in better investigation in future.
The researcher of the study will choose both primary and secondary source of data
collection in order to understand the relationship between employee, job satisfaction and
performance of the entity.
Sampling: This method helps in collecting appropriate sample size for further carrying
out the study (Kumar, 2019). This is further distinguished as probabilistic and non- probabilistic
sample method. Probabilistic random sampling method helps in selecting individuals randomly
from large population where each has equal chance of getting selected.
Sample size: The researcher of the study will choose random sampling where 25
employees from various different level in the organization will be selected in order to understand
the impact of employees satisfaction on business development.

Data analysis: This is an effective method which helps in cleansing, interpreting and
transforming data collected to gain better insights on the subject matter (Kumar, 2019). It is
further distinguished as SPSS tool and thematic analysis.
The researcher of the study will choose thematic analysis which helps in identifying
common themes and exploring the subject matter in- depth (H o w t o U s e T h e m a t i c
A n a l y s i s , 2 0 1 9 ).
LIMITATIONS AND RECOMMENDATION
The major limitation faced by the researcher was time constraints which made it difficult
to carry out study within the stipulated time. The researcher of the study will prepare time frame
which helps in carrying out study within stipulated time. Another major limitation faced by the
researcher is financial constraints and lack of valid information. The researcher of the study will
focus on maintaining finances of the company and will collect all the information from valid
sources and cite the information in order to provide true and reliable information. From the
above study it has been recommended that, organization must maintain positive environment
which ;leads to highly satisfied employees and higher productivity.
