For this purpose it is essential that the employees should be kept satisfied which would motivate

the employees where the production level of the employees were taken in to consideration
(Corcaci, 2016). The third step was to analyze the interdependence and interaction between
motivation and performance. The fourth step was to analyze the profile of all the respondents
chosen. The population sample which was taken in to account consisted of around fifty six
employees out of which forty two were men and fourteen were women, irrespective of the
hierarchical position held by them in the chosen organization.
The article illustrates very clearly and lucidly about the importance of research to
undertake decisions in the organization. The research conducted will help the managers of the
organization to know better about the employees, judge the performance level of the employees
on an impartial basis and also look in to all the other factors with which the employees have a
problem with within the organization (Kuppuswamy et al., 2017). The managers then can utilize
the data to understand what the various factors which keep an employee satisfied and how can
they be motivated in a proper manner so that they continue to work hard for the interest of the
organization.
The information from this article can be effectively utilized in the field of any
organization as the relationship between employee satisfaction and employee motivation is
universal (Bin, 2015). Human beings only tend to work hard when they are provided with some

incentives or when their demands and wants are fulfilled (Harris & Fleming, 2017). This means
that the data gathered in this article can be effectively utilized by others reading this article in
order to understand what are the various ways by which an employee can be kept motivated long
enough to work for the betterment of the organization. Moreover, the managers have an
important duty towards the satisfaction of the employees as is clearly evidenced from the article
(Marthouret & Sigvardsson, 2016). For instance, in the question that when the boss appreciates
the work done does the production level increases, the employees responded with an affirmation.
