Dear Claire,
I hope this letter finds you in good health. We received your notification regarding the
use of social media and how you feel concerned for our health. I must say, on behalf
of all the employees, that this was a very thoughtful gesture on your part. This makes
us feel especially wanted in the company. Of the part where you requested us all to
undertake company promotion on our respective social media handles and share to
our views, I believe this letter will help you understand my contributions and plans
better.
While I am not an active social media user, I am fairly connected to the virtual world
using Instagram and Facebook. I have been using Facebook for the past ten years,
or rather my school days to be more precise. It has connected me to all my family
and friends, giving me the opportunity to be a part of their lives as much as they are
a part of mine. Instagram I use for business purposes mostly (GREGORY, 2018).
Social media is a particularly powerful tool for business these days as it not only
increases the reach, but it also helps us keep the flow in control. Add to it the

advantage of analytics and promotion, the tools are simply so dynamic that it can be
multifaceted (Kupfer, 2018). I believe all the employees can undertake promotions
for the company on their respective social media handles, and contribute their part!
