desired goals. By considering correct or accurate mechanisms for managing the employment
relationship company will be able to gain various benefits. Through stakeholders engagement
practices respective company will be able to understand what organisation wants as well as how
they are engaged with business. This is helpful enhancing communication as well as developing
effective business strategies. Apart form this, it has been determined that both positive as well as
