In the modern era, employees stress becomes the growing concern for
organizations. Stress can be defined as a life circumstance in which people face
constraints, opportunities, or loss of something they desire and which the
consequence is both predictable and crucial. Within the organization employees
face stress due to workload, strict policies etc. this can lead to their performance
due to which company productivity can be hampered.

According to the view of Topcic, Baum and Kabst, (2016) work-related stress
is one of the growing problems around the world that lead to affect not only the
health and well being of employees but also hamper firm productivity. In the
organization work, related stream take place due to increase in workload and
demand of various types and combination when an in individual capability and
capacity exceed to cope up with the workload.
