based on the topic of key challenges that might face within providing training along with its
related objectives. Use of the online article, books, reports, document, journals and other form of
e-literature is made to analysis about selected topic a discussion of which is provided as below:

PROPOSED METHODOLOGY
It forms a vital part of proposal as it tends to supports and provide information about
proposed method that would be applied by the researcher to carry out and undertake research in a
systematic manner. The research method and approaches that are being proposed for current
study are provided as below with the help of research onion along with justification for their
selection:
Research Philosophy – There are two main forms and types of the research philosophy
comprises of the positivistic philosophy and interpretivisim philosophy out of which positivistic
is objective in nature while interpretivisim are more detailed and subjective in nature. In
accordance to the nature of the current study based on identifying key challenges faced in
training, use of positivistic philosophy is proposed. The making use of the positivistic philosophy
is justifiable and appropriate as it supports a practical way of the investigation along with
supports undertaking of study in systematic manner (Cohen, 2021).
Research approach- The two commonly used research method comprises of deductive and
inductive approach. In accordance to nature of current study the researched tend to values
deductive research approach that includes the creation as well as the development of the set of
the hypothesis from the implication of some of the existing theory and data or information that is
tend to be collected and needed to effectively test that hypothesis. Thus, it enabled researcher to
ensure that no mistake has been made in reasoning based on supporting and leading out a better
way of testing and scanning data.

Research strategy- There are various forms and types of the research strategy that tend to
includes and comprise of the action research, experiments, observation, survey, interview, etc.
With respect to current study, use of the Quantitative nature of the survey strategy will have
proposed by the researcher for this study as it is the widely used strategy and ensures a time and
cost effective way of data collection through making use of the questionnaire as the research tool
(Huppert and et. al., 2021).
Choice of method- There are two main choices of research method comprising of the
quantitative and qualitative method of research. The qualitative method of the research is tending
to be detailed and theoretical in nature so it is more time consuming and complex in nature.
Therefore, with respect to current study making use of the quantitative nature of the research
method is being proposed which supports easy and time efficient way of data collection in
numeric form. Along with this, the quantitative method of research is also justifiable as it
supports better personation of facts as well as leading measurable set of the research results.
Data collection- There are two main method of data collection comprising of the primary
and secondary method. The primary method of data collection is proposed as it helps in
obtaining data from first hand sources. On the other hand, the use of the secondary sources has
been also proposed as it supports review of second hand information that is gathered through
existing sources and in this, the information is available already and the researcher analyses it.
For primary data collection, researcher will make the use of the questionnaire tool and the
secondary data collection will be done through using online articles and journals (Kalkhoven and
et. al., 2021). The main reason and justification for using both methods are that it tends to
supports to collect data in huge amount to ensure accuracy of study.
Sample size- A sample size of 44 respondents is selected from employees of Aston martin
with the help of random method of sampling.

my academic and education purpose as it supports review of effective strategies and ways that
supports creation of higher efficiency and performance level in employees. Apart from this, the
making use of the research onion model went well during the current project as it supported
selection of suitable and most appropriate research method. Further, selection of quantitative
nature of research method is also went well as it supported and brings out a cost and time
efficient way of data collection. The challenges related with limited resources and time is being
faced by me as selecting suitable article and journal to conduct literature review is quite time
consuming. Further, selection of suitable sample size is also challenging as it comprises of many
ethical consideration regarding maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of selected
respondents. A more detailed discussion and analysis of research method would be made to
