Introduction
It is very important for organisation to conduct effective and
efficient training to its employees in order to increase their
capability and performance (Numonjonov, 2020). Through
effective training organisation will be able to successfully carry
out business practices. This report is based on ASDA.

To explore the effectiveness of training of employees over
customer satisfaction during a pandemic crisis of Covid-19. A

It has been analysed that training of employees is very important and it will
help employees to carry out required set of task in significant manner.
Training is a very important for employees within the organization because it
helps them in equipping them with the latest knowledge about the trends
within the industry as well as skills. When the employees of the company are
well trained and have recent knowledge about the market, they will be able to
serve the customers in an effective manner (Ahmad and et.al., 2019).

It has been analysed that there are different issues and problems that is faced by
retailer because of the spread of COVID 19 (Foley, 2020). Retail sector is very
large as it include number of business and products or service that is significant
for meeting with the requirements of customers. The outbreak of Covid-19 has
impacted different industries in an adverse manner. In infected areas markets
where the virus is spreading, actually every retail outlet - besides grocery stores
and pharmacies - has shut their doorways. Even those markets no longer
underneath quarantine orders have visible a precarious drop off in bodily
footfall in shops and department shops (Armstrong and Landers, 2018).

It has been analysed that it is crucial for company to provide training to
its employees during a pandemic crisis. There are different ways and
approaches that could be consider by ASDA in order to render training

changed the way in organizations conduct their operations on a daily basis (Bell and
et.al., 2017). Therefore, the respective company ASDA has adopted various measures in

different sources in order to successfully conduct research practices.
There are various ways through which researcher can gather information
and data in order to attain required outcomes.

researchers to gather information, instead of relying upon information

Quantitative analysis – Quantitative analysis includes the process of

2020). In this research, investigator is considering primary methods in order
to find accurate and appropriate information. Researcher is considering
online survey as this will be most effective to gather information and there
will be 30. respondents who are employees of ASDA company.
