It has been analysed that training of employees is very important and it will
help employees to carry out required set of task in significant manner.
Training is a very important for employees within the organization because it
helps them in equipping them with the latest knowledge about the trends

well trained and have recent knowledge about the market, they will be able to

There are certain risks that can arise and pose as barriers for the study. For instance,
limited availability of funds can affect the overall process of data collection and the
potential outcomes of the study to a great extent (Karam, 2019). The primary
limitations of doing studies were, individual boundaries like lack of familiarity
with research strategies, lack of enjoy in doing research, and shortage of familiarity
with position of publishing articles in journals, but different limitations like
economic, cultural and social. It is important to identify these potential outcomes
and address the same in an effective manner.

From the above report it has been analysed that training is play
very important role in organisation and it will lead to increase
performance of employees in order to enhance customer
