Training is an important aspect of an employee’s career growth as it helps them in developing
their skills in manner to attain successful outcomes. Some of the training skills and lessons
helpful for the new employees’ are-
Orientation-
Orientation is the best type of training that can be provided where the nursing professional
could be introduced about the rules and regulations and technologies used at the healthcare
department. It provides new employees the overall picture about the workings of the
organization to make the employees become comfortable with the whole scenario. The
orientation is helpful for the new employees in understanding the types of the departments
and positions at the office. Some of the components that are helpful in teaching the
employees in the organization (Glaspe, Aylott & Battrick 2009).

Culture of the company
Structure of the company
Administrative procedures
Technical skills development training-
The other important type of training that can be provided is development of the technical
skills that include operating machineries, programming, and management of various
employees operating system.
Soft skills development training-
It is important for the employees to train to them in soft skills so that they are able to
communicate to the staff in the best possible manner thus resulting in lack of issues regarding
coordination and other objects (Spencer & Johnson 2017).

Coaching and mentoring-
Coaching and mentoring are another important on the board training where the employees or
nursing professionals can be coached or mentored during their job thus teaching them right
ways of doing things. It increases the confidence of the employees at work as they are able to
