different factors that could be caused of employee turnover in the working place like such as
pay level, working atmosphere, the relationship between the top and bottom management. In
this, it also discusses many strategies for decline the employee turnover like compensation
policy, reward, and recognition, encourage gratitude, and flexible atmospheres. As a result,
company will be able to improve their existing situation. This report also discusses research
methodology wherein it considers different methods like research philosophy, research
strategy, data collection method, sampling, and data analysis method. The collected data is
examined by statistical tool in which it considered column chart, bar chart, and pie chart. In
last, it represents conclusion section that supports to understand the whole research in precise
