Analyzing the Business Decision or Problem
The undertaken research aims in examining the impact of high employee
turnover on the productivity of automobile industry (Pierce & Snyder, 2015).
Therefore, effective analysis of the employee turnover is necessary. The key
objective of the research is to critically analyze the negative of high
employee turnover and the advantage or need of retaining employee in an
automobile industry (Mandhanya, 2015). The research will further analyze
the main problem that automobile industries might be facing, that leads to
high employee turnover.
The specific Research question that the proposed research will be evaluating
is indicated as follows-
What is the effect of high employee turnover on the productivity of the
automobile industry?

OVERALL RESEARCH DESIGN – EVALUATING OPTIONS
The undertaken research aims in collection of data from secondary sources
by evaluation of the existing literature. Along with that, the research will be
making use of positivism research philosophy (Flick, 2015). The secondary
data will be collected from the existing research journals and data of the
companies and will be analyzed by qualitative analysis method. The
collection of data from the secondary sources will help in finding answers to
the research question (Cheng & Phillips, 2014). Also, a survey will be
conducted to collect data from primary sources (Silverman, 2016). Thus, a
mixed method of data collection will be used in the research and the
collected primary data will be analyzed statistically using Excel Spreadsheet
(Johnston, 2017).

SAMPLE REQUIREMENTS AND SAMPLING OPTIONS
For this proposed research and collection of primary data, a sample size of
40 is chosen. 40 managers associated with automobile industries will be
shortlisted by random sampling method and will be surveyed using a pre
developed questionnaire to collect primary data.
The obtained data will be analyzed statistically in using Excel spreadsheet to
establish correlation between employee turnover and efficiency of the
automobile industry.

process. The ethical issues that are needed to be considered are indicated as
follows-
1. The confidentiality of the respondents of the research are needed to be
maintained and their consent is to be taken before data collection
2. The entire communication process in relation to the research is to be done
with utmost honesty and transparency (Connelly, 2014)
3. The obtained data is to be used in pure form and no modification of the
collected data will be allowed.
To address the above identified ethical considerations, certain steps are
needed to be taken, which are indicated as follows-
1. Voluntary participation of all the research respondent is important and
therefore, the participation should solely be based on informed consent
2. Anonymity and privacy of the respondents should be of paramount
importance.
3. Maintenance of a greater level of objectivity in discussion and analysis of
the research is necessary.
