and these responses affected the Australian older employees of the organization.
Mainly females and older aged workers are participated in this survey process and make the
investigation successful in their motive
This study provides information about the interesting facts of the older aged employees. They
thought that employee age and health are not the main reason for company turnover losses
One argument of the study reveals that due to the health and age issue of aged worker
turnover losses occurs and this affects the personal care employees in their working procedure.
Another argument reveals that the health issues occur in an aged employee cannot be
observed by the workers and that causes a huge conflict between them
The survey reveals that employment, manager support and practical training were all the
significant parameters of the older workers to stay or leave the job as they are not so much
adjusted with the training procedure of the organization.
Conclusion: The study provides information about the retention along with the turnover
intentions of the personal care employees within the Australian older care region. After the
survey, it has been noticed that the staying or leaving of the aged workers from an organization
mainly influenced by the on job training operation that is not so much familiar for them and this
is the main reason of leaving their job. Apart from this, the survey reveals that due to this
problem the personal care worker main aim is to stay in the organization more effectively.
