Objective :
The main aim of the study is to examine the factors which tend
to have an impact on the employee retention in a firm. It seeks to
identify the different factors which influence an employee to stay.
Method:
A quantitative analysis was used to find the factors and certain
companies in Hyderabad, India were selected to analyse the
impact of the climate of a company and the satisfaction on the
employee retention schemes. The study collected data from 95
employees and the response received was quite consistent.
Moreover, this data then underwent a Bivariate analysis in order
to measure the statistical significance between the two given
variables.
