This report delves into the multifaceted topic of employing people with disabilities, examining its significance in the modern business landscape. It begins with an overview of academic writing styles and their importance, setting the stage for a detailed analysis. The report is structured into two main parts. The quantitative articles, or positivist, explore statistical data and surveys related to employment rates and attitudes towards individuals with disabilities. The qualitative, or anti-positivist, articles examine the lived experiences and perceptions surrounding disability employment, focusing on recruitment, workplace policies, and customer reactions. The report then synthesizes these findings in a discussion section, highlighting key themes such as discrimination, inequality, and the benefits of inclusive hiring practices. The conclusion summarizes the main points and emphasizes the importance of fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace for individuals with disabilities, and the need for further research and policy development to address ongoing challenges and promote equal opportunities. The references include the articles that were used to conduct the analysis and write the report.
