Success is one of the most important aspects of an individual's life and thus in order to be
successful he/ she must have a clear understanding of what is to be achieved and how to
achieve it. Adequate and appropriate knowledge as well as experience is required by the
person to achieve the goals and objectives. He/ she should be confident of his abilities and
skills and should know how can the available resources be utilised to their maximum
capacity.

Resources for employment
When it comes to employment, there are a lot of different resources that can be referred by
an individual to be able to attend interviews and qualify for a particular job role. Each
sources has its own advantages and disadvantages, some resources are effective while
certain others might not be that effective.
