considering different strategies named as employee awareness program, skills improvement
training, and higher motivation level. It would retain the existing employee and attract young
employee to being a part of the organization and contribute their best for meeting their
purpose (Sanou, O’Reilly, Ngnie-Teta, Batal, Mondain, Andrew, & Bourgeault, 2014). I read
many articles and books that could be vital in improving the existing performance of
organization. Through this, I improved my interpersonal skills as well as communication
