Employment Contract
The agreement presented hereby made as of 08th day of October 8, 2019, between
ACE Inc., a company formed under the laws of the Province of Alberta and having the registered
office at 45, Block A, Hawkmoun, Calgary, Alberta, Canada (hereinafter referred as "the
employer") and
Jane Adams, resident of 34, Local apartment, 38a Avenue Southeast, Red Deer, Alberta, Canada
(hereinafter referred to as "the employee")
Whereas employee has an intention to extend the services to employer and employer has an
intention to seek such services. The parties have made the following promises:-
1. Title of the job:- Employee shall be designated on the position of the HR manager.
2. Remuneration:- Employees shall be granted 655 Canadian dollars per month as
consideration for rendering the services to the employer.
3. Other benefits:- Employee shall be entitled to overtime, holidays and other leaves as per
the provisions of employment standard code of Alberta.
4. Services: - Employee shall be liable to provide all the services related to his job title. For
the details, if the inclusion of services, the attachment can be found.
5. Rights of employee: - Employee shall be entitled to receive remuneration as well as all
other applicable benefits.
6. Duties of employee:- Following shall be the duties/responsibilities of employee:-
To keep the business information secure and not to share the same with any outsider
or to use for personal benefits

To perform the duties considering the best interest of the employer
To not do any activities that may find in contrast to the business of the employer.
7. The rights of the employee shall be considered as duties of employer and duties of
employees shall be treated as entitlements of the employer.
8. Probation Period:- It is hereby agreed that the first thirty days of employment shall be the
probation period for the purpose of this employment agreement. During this period, the
employer shall be entitled to terminate the employment of the employee without giving
any cause or notice.
9. Notice of termination:- In cases of termination of an employee, after the expiry of the
probation period, the employer shall be liable to serve one-month advance notice before
terminating the employment of the employee. Such notice shall consist of the reasons for
termination.
10. Notice of Resignation: - Employee shall also be entitled to resign the post whenever
wants, but shall require to serve the one-month advance notice. If the employee finds to
be in breach of this clause then the employer shall be entitled to withhold the salary and
other dues of last month.
11. Laws: The laws of the Province of Alberta shall govern this agreement.
