As per the current scenario, it is identified that employment
relationship is playing prominent role in the development of the
organization. It is analyzed that employment relationship is
considered as the contractual agreement between the employees &
employers that mainly allows individuals to sell their labour.
Basically employment relationship is helpful to create the good
relationship between the employees, employers, markets & states,
contracts. This report is based on the Sainsbury organization which
is famous retailing organization and operating marketing activities
in various locations.
